Lt. Col. Heidi A. Urben is assigned to the Joint Staff and formerly commanded the 205th Military Intelligence Battalion. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, Ind.; master’s degrees from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and the National War College; and a Ph.D. from Georgetown University.
