Lt. Col. Christopher Cline is an Army strategist assigned to the U.S. Army Cyber Command/Second Army. His previous assignments include strategic planner for Eighth Army and regional commander at the Directorate of Admissions at the U.S. Military Academy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Point and master’s degrees from the U.S. Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies and Texas A&M University.
