Lisa Shaler is deputy chief of the Program Budget Data Management Division, Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate. Previously, she served as division chief for integration and assessment at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command. She has a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.
