Jen Pratt is a principal with EY’s Government & Public Sector practice and brings over 24 years of client facing solution delivery experience both within the public and private sector. She has deep expertise in technology delivery, program management and business transformations.  

Within EY, Jen serves as the GPS Emerging Business leader with responsibility for the creation and management of comprehensive solutions and service models that reimagine complex client mission functions and bring together cross sector capabilities and experiences.  The current mission service areas of focus include Elevating Individuals & Families: Human Services Transformation and Creating an Inclusive Economy: Empowered Employment.
