Biography

Jerry is the Chairman and CEO of the Civilian Marksmanship Program -- a Federally-chartered not-for-profit with a mission to promote marksmanship with a focus on safety and youth. Prior to the CMP, Jerry served for a total of 37 years as an Army Officer and Department of the Army Civilian/SES. Jerry’s last job in the Army was as the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. In that role Jerry was a Principal Official of Headquarters, Department of the Army and served as the senior career civilian and senior executive in the Department of the Army overseeing a myriad of programs and functions in the Army and in the Pentagon. Jerry also serves as an AUSA Senior Fellow and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
