Gen. Vincent K. Brooks is commanding general of U.S. Army Pacific. Previously, he was commanding general of Third U.S. Army/U.S. Army Central. Brooks has also served in many capacities at the national level in the Pentagon. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy and an honorary doctor of laws degree from the New England School of Law in Boston.
