Gen. Ann E. Dunwoody, USA Ret., is the president of First 2 Four LLC and serves on the board of directors for L-3 Communications, Republic Services and Logistics Management Institute. She is the first woman in U.S. military history to become a four-star general, and her final assignment in the Army was commanding general of U.S. Army Materiel Command. She is the author of A Higher Standard: Leadership Strategies from America’s First Female Four-Star General.
