F. Patrick Filbert

Major Frederic Patrick “Pat” Filbert, U.S. Army, was the Intelligence Plans Section Chief for the United States Army, Europe (USAREUR) G2 (Intelligence) and was the lead USAREUR Intelligence Planner for the Operation Enduring Freedom 2004–2006 Intelligence Battlefield Operating System (IBOS) sourcing and Task Force 165 effort.

Commissioned an Armor Officer and force-aligned to the Military Intelligence Corps, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Hawaii-Manoa, is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and the Army Force Management School at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He is currently enrolled in the American Military University for a Master’s in Intelligence. He has served in various command and staff positions in the continental United States, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Korea and Germany.

Major Filbert is currently assigned to the Joint Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center of Excellence, Creech Air Force Base, Nevada.
