Mrs. Erica Kenner joined the Association of the United States Army in April 2022. She serves as the Senior Program Manager of AUSA’s Center for Leadership.
Erica graduated from The University of Georgia in 2008. Receiving two degrees: Broadcast Journalism and French.
Erica most recently comes from the United States Military Academy’s Protocol Office where she had the opportunity to plan academy visits for top military leaders from around the world.
Prior to working for protocol, Erica worked for the Simon Center for the Professional Military Ethic (SCPME) at West Point. At SCPME Erica served as the conference coordinator for three major conferences where she developed conference content on character and leadership and recruited the nation’s top experts to speak.
Erica has also worked for the Center for Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) where she served as an Operations Analyst. During her time at CAPE, Erica planned the Army Profession Forum for the Chief of Staff of the Army. The Army Profession Forum was a conference for the Army’s top strategic leaders to discuss topics pertinent to the Army Profession.
Before working for the Army, Erica was a small business owner. Erica also was a television news reporter and anchor and has worked for 3 of the 4 major television network affiliates (ABC, CBS and FOX).
Erica is honored to share her life with her husband, Maurice (USMA ’09) and her twin children Gibson and Riley Grace.
