Mr. Clark was appointed as a Defense Intelligence Senior Level (DISL) in October 2013. He serves as the senior Army Intelligence Analyst Advisor and as the subject matter authority on the Army Headquarters staff for all aspects of Foreign Intelligence Production. As such, he plays a critical role in providing senior level technical advice regarding all aspects of Foreign Intelligence Production to include the establishment of broad policies, standards, programs and goals.

Mr. Clark serves as the senior Army Intelligence analyst and subject matter authority in the development and production of intelligence analysis and the development of finished National Intelligence Community (IC) analysis to meet the strategic and operational needs of Army senior leaders. He is responsible for overseeing the Army’s implementation of analytic standards mandated by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as well as reviewing emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies in order to ensure that Foreign Intelligence Production remains current, efficient and relevant. Mr. Clark represents the Army’s positions on current and future Foreign Intelligence Production issues in recurring high-level forums to include national and international committees and IC working groups. As required, he informs members of Congress and congressional staff members, and responds to their inquiries, regarding issues related to Army Intelligence long-range plans and assessments.
