Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Todd W. Sims, U.S. Army, joined Millan Enterprises in March of 2024. He serves as the Vice President of Construction and Maintenance.
He enlisted in the Army National Guard in March of 1988. Upon completion of training he was an 11B (Infantryman). In April of 1989, he enlisted in the United State Marine CORPS. Upon completion of training he was an 0341 (Mortarman). He received an honorable discharge in 1993 and enlisted in the United States Army as an 11C (Mortarman).

During his 35 plus year career, Todd held every enlisted leadership position in a variety of Airborne, Stryker, Mechanized, and Light Infantry units ranging from mortar squad leader to the FORSCOM CSM. Todd served in the 1st Marine Division, 1st Infantry Division, 2nd Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division, 25th Infantry Division, and the 101st Airborne Division. As a Command Sergeant Major, he served in 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, Joint Base Lewis McCord,WA; 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, Fort Wainwright, AK; 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, Fort Wainwright, AK; 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, CO; Operations Group CSM, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA; 101st Airborne Division Command Sergeant Major; 1st Army Command Sergeant Major, Rock Island, IL. He culminated
as the CSM for the United States Army Forces Command, Fort Liberty, NC.

Todd deployed twice in the United States Marine CORPS in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and in support of Operation Nautical Mantis. These were both Western Pacific Deployments. In the Army he deployed in support of KOSOVO 4A, Operation Iraqi Freedom three times 2004, 2007, and 2009. Operation Freedom Sentinel, Kuwait, and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Todd is a graduate of class 58 of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy, BN and BDE Pre command courses, Normative Leaders Course, and Key Stone Course. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts (Magna Cum Laude) from Excelsior College. Todd has been married to his wife Cosette, for 33 years. They have two kids. Shelby, she lives in Olympia, WA with our two wonderful grandsons, Danny Todd and Emberson. Shawn who lives in Clarksville, TN and is pursuing his second masters degree in History at Austin Peay State University.
