Colonel Xavier “X” Colón is a Psychological Operations Officer currently serving as a Division Chief on the Joint Staff, Deputy Directorate for Special Operations and Counterterrorism (J37). He recently relinquished brigade command at Fort Sam Houston, TX. His education includes a BS from The Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, an MA from the American Military University and an MA from the Army War College.
