Col. Thomas P. Galvin, USA Ret., Ph.D., is a faculty instructor in the U.S. Army War College’s resident program. He holds a doctorate of education in human and organizational learning from The George Washington University. He served 29 years on active duty, including several assignments in commander’s action groups in service component, joint and combined commands.
