Col. Christopher Holshek, USA Ret., is a senior civil-military adviser at Narrative Strategies and at the NATO Resilient Civilians in Hybrid and Population-Centric Warfare research project. He is also program director for the annual Civil Affairs Association Symposium and the Civil Affairs Roundtable, and edits the Civil Affairs Issue Papers.
