Col. Bryan Sparling, U.S. Army retired, has served as the information warfare adviser to the U.S. Army Cyber Command since 2018. He served more than 27 years on active duty, culminating as chief of information operations and special activities, U.S. European Command, and as NATO communication director, Afghanistan. He has three master’s degrees, in national security strategy, operational planning and telecommunications.
