Biography

Captain Iain Herring serves as an Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell Officer for the 
2nd Mobile Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). He commissioned with 
a BS from the United States Military Academy Class of 2021. Herring has deployed as an ADAM 
Cell Officer supporting Operation Atlantic Resolve in Europe and as an Indirect Fire Protection 
Capability Platoon Leader supporting counterinsurgency for Operation Inherent Resolve in the 
Middle East.
