Brig. Gen. James Moore is chief of staff of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. Previously, he was commanding general of the 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, and executive officer to the commanding general, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
