Brig. Gen. Christopher L. Spillman is the commanding general of the 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command, Fort Bliss, Texas. He has served in divisional short-range air defense units in every officer leadership position from platoon leader to battalion commander, and commanded the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Bragg, N.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University; and master’s degrees from the University of Saint Mary, Kan., and the U.S. Air War College.
