Arthur Tulak

Dr. Arthur Tulak, Colonel, Ret., served as Infantry officer for 18 years before transitioning to the Army career field designation of Information Operations (FA 30) as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is currently a member of the Research Faculty of Georgia Tech Research Institute, and working at HQ, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command in the J39 Information Operations at Camp H. M. Smith Hawaii. His last position in the Infantry was as Deputy Commander of the 29th Infantry Regiment at Fort Benning, Georgia, following service in company and field-grade positions in the 87th, 8th, 27th and 29th Infantry Regiments. As a Information Operations officer, he served in 82d Airborne Division, U.S. Pacific Command, PACOM Standing Joint Force Headquarters, Allied Joint Forces Command Naples, 1st German Netherlands Corps, International Security Assistance Force Afghanistan, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, ISAF Joint Command, Joint Task Force 519, and U.S. Army Pacific.Dr. Tulak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University, a Master’s degree in Military Arts and Sciences from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of both the Army and Air Force Command and Staff Colleges, the Joint Forces Staff College, and the Air War College.
