Andrew Hill is professor of organization studies in the Department of Command, Leadership and Management at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC), Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. His current research focuses on strategy and innovation in organizations. He joined the USAWC faculty in 2011 after receiving his doctorate in management from Harvard Business School.
