Alexander Kott is chief scientist of the Maryland-based U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory and senior technologist for cyber resilience for the Army. He previously served as a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency program manager. Earlier positions include director of research and development at Carnegie Group. He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
