What a great event with leaders from Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Korea and Japan.  The team from Headquarters led by Troy provided the right background information for an intense two days of hands on training  where we reviewed such critical items and Chapter Bi-Laws, Annual Plans for 2025, and how to read the Chapter Worksheets.  This event focused on the "How to Do" vice just two days of presentations.  The book-ends of AUSA "Angelina and Angela" (the A's in AUSA) with US in the middle were ready to take on any question Chapter leaders had with excitement and a sense of urgency to fix any issue or explain where to go to find the answer.  My hats of for the Japan Chapter for hosting the event.  Special thanks to Gary and newly elected President Manning for taking the lead and bring the Chapter back to active status.  We are looking for great accomplishments from them and all of Chapters to be at a minimum "Merit Status" this year.
