George’s Eisenhower Address is Day 2 Highlight
The highlight of Day Two of AUSA 2025 is the Dwight D. Eisenhower Luncheon address by Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George, but there also are many events for soldiers and family members.
On-site registration opens at 7 a.m.
A contemporary military forum titled “Joint Interagency Task Force 401: Rapid Delivery of Counter sUAS Capabilities to the Joint Force” will delve into the new Army-led task force on counter-drone capabilities.
Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael Weimer will brief on his initiatives and focus areas, and there will be a Warfighter and Family Forum on building a healthy home front.
There also is a fireside chat featuring new Army Undersecretary Michael Obadal and Army Vice Chief of Staff Gen. James Mingus.
After the Eisenhower Luncheon, there will be a contemporary military forum on accelerating transformation with Next-Generation Command and Control, and at 3 p.m., Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, George and Weimer will participate in a fireside chat with soldiers and Army families.
Presentations at the Warriors Corner, at the Army exhibit in Booth 1825 in Hall B, include discussions on human resources transformation, nuclear power and installation resilience, Army special operations modernization and unleashing drone dominance.
The exhibits are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
