In a heartfelt tribute to those who have worn the uniform and those who continue to serve our great nation, the Master Sgt. Petry Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is joining creative forces with Studios on the Park to unveil a stirring art exhibition titled “My Military Journey” spotlighting the talents of our nation's heroes.
Opening in January 2026, the exhibition will feature a curated collection of works created by current and former servicemembers as well as Department of Defense civilians. More than a showcase of artistic skill, this powerful presentation is a narrative tapestry—each piece reflecting their experience, from deployments abroad to moments of healing at home.
“Our aim is to amplify the voices of those who serve in a way that words alone cannot,” said Amy Phillips, MSG Petry Chapter president, an Army veteran and a current Army civilian working at Fort Hunter Liggett. “Art becomes a bridge—connecting the military experience with the broader community through emotion, story, and shared humanity.”
