AUSA First Region
President – LTC (R) Gregory d’Arbonne
24 First Region Chapters: Connecticut (1), Delaware (1), Maine (1), Massachusetts (2),
New Hampshire (1), New Jersey (4), New York (7), Pennsylvania (5), Rhode Island (1),
Vermont (1)
The purpose of the AUSA Regional organization is to improve coordination, to enhance leadership in the Chapters, and to provide assistance to the Chapters in implementing programs and projects which support the Army, its soldiers, civilians and their families. The Regional organization is not designed to replace or dilute the direct relationship existing between National Headquarters and each Chapter.
Routine administrative matters are handled directly between Chapters and the National office. National will ensure that region presidents are advised of any significant matter raised by a chapter.
Regions make valuable contributions to AUSA’s overall effectiveness by furnishing advice and suggestions, by acting as a reviewing mechanism or sounding board for AUSA Chapter publications and/or proposed actions, by suggesting media outlets for distribution of AUSA material, by representing the Council of Trustees at Chapter functions and through speaking engagements, arranging media interviews and teaching opportunities, etc., and by conducting Region meetings that promote and enhance the Association’s goals and objectives.

caregility – Connecting Care Everywhere
1350 Campus Pkwy, Suite 201, Wall township, NJ
Delivering value throughout the healthcare ecosystem
• 1,100+ hospitals
• 85+ health systems
• 6 M+ virtual sessions annually
• 30K+ telehealth devices in the market
The caregility journey began in 2011, supporting tele-Intensive Care Unit (ICU) programs for some of the nation’s leading health systems. Along the way, they identified a market need for a scalable, reliable telehealth platform that could support broader use cases across the healthcare enterprise.
Working with clinicians who have pioneered virtual care at the bedside, as well as some of the brightest minds in audio/visual communications, Caregility Cloud™ was built – an innovative platform specifically designed with healthcare’s complexities in mind. Along the way, they collaborated with leading healthcare institutions to navigate some of the biggest challenges patient care has faced in decades, including a national pandemic and widespread staffing shortages.
Today, caregility works with healthcare organizations around the globe to improve patient safety, clinical efficiency, and the bottom line through remote care enablement. Together, they evaluate your existing patient care workflows and introduce intelligent telehealth solutions that augment care delivery for your patients and staff and create a transformative hybrid care foundation you can build on for years to come.
caregility is not just a tagline, it’s their mantra. They believe in a future where healthcare is more connected, more efficient, and more personal. One without social, economic, or geographic barriers that would impede the delivery of quality care.
What differentiates caregility from other telehealth companies? They collaborate with healthcare organizations to introduce hybrid care models that integrate virtual care at the patient bedside. They embrace difficult challenges and develop intelligent solutions that enrich collaborative care and help deliver better outcomes for patients, providers, and populations.
