The Magnolia Chapter of the Association of the United States Army sponsored an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Statement of Support Signing of prominent leaders of the Mississippi Gulf Coast on Thursday, April 4, 2024 in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Employers who sign a Statement of Support pledge that they will fully recognize, honor, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and that they will provide their managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
