SFC Salazar USA Retired was the official presentor of one outstanding Cadet representing the Las Vegas - MG John C. Fremont Chapter of the Association of the United States Army. While present he had the chance to meet the many dedicated Cadets, their families and Instructors of the Pahrump High School JROTC Program
