The AUSA Director of Human Resources is seeking a talented intern to assist with critical Human Resources activities including developing and implementing a management and staff training program, digitizing files in the Human Resources office, and assisting with other administrative duties. Intern may also help in exploring performance management systems for use at AUSA.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn Human Resources management from a seasoned professional who will train and mentor.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent technology skills including Microsoft office, presentation software, and a strong interest in Human Resources Management.
