Out Front Program

 Overview

The Out Front Program is the Chapter's leader development program focused on engaging with cadets, junior soldiers, and junior Department of the Army civilians in the Greater Philadelphia Area that includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The Out Front Program is aligned with AUSA National through its Professional Development team.

 

Project Areas

  • The Oath is a project to provide leaders with a platform to explore the mulitple aspects of the oath of office they take as officers and enlisted soliders of the U.S. Army and U.S. Army National Guard. This is the Chapter's core for speakers and writers.

 

Preamble to the Consitution of the United States of America

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Officer Oath of Office

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

National Guard Officer Oath of Office

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State (Commonwealth, District, Territory) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of the State (Commonwealth, District, Territory) , that I make this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the Office of (Grade) in the Army National Guard of the State (Commonwealth, District, Territory) of upon which I am about to enter, so help me God.

Oath of Enlistment

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

National Guard Oath of Enlistment

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State (Commonwealth, District, Territory) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to them; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of the State (Commonwealth, District. Territory) and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God.

  • The Philadelphia Campaign is a project to provide an academic quality virtual and live/augmented reality staff ride to explore one of the most significant military campaigns in United States history. The program traces the development of the Continental Army from its loss at the Battle of Brandywine through its encampment at Valley Forge. The program will also highlight the connections between the Philadelphia Campaign and the overall Northern Campaign of the Revolutionary War.   • The Northern France Campaign is a project to provide an academic quality virtual staff ride to explore one of the most significant campaigns of World War II. The program traces the development of the Allies from Operation Cobra through the liberation of Belgium and France.
