The Greater Augusta-Fort Gordon Chapter of the Association of the United States Anny (AUSA) annual golf tournament fundraiser will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 (rain date is Monday, September 13, 2021). As always, the tournament will be held at the beautiful Gordon Lakes Golf Course on Fort Gordon, home of the Cyber Center of Excellence.

As you know, this event is the Chapter's one and only fundraiser for the year and your support is essential for us to meet our operational goals for 2021-2022. I would like to personally invite you to join me at this fun-filled event and play a round of golf with the troops. You don't have to be a good golfer to enjoy a day on the golf course -trust me, I know!

In addition to playing, would you please consider becoming a contributing member by sponsoring a hole, a team, both a hole and a team; providing an in-kind donation for gift bags and/or prizes; or providing a monetary donation? One hundred percent (I say again, 100%) of funds raised at this tournament are used to support military service members (Active, Reserve, Retiree, Veteran, Cadet-Anny, Navy, Air Force and Marine) and their families living in the CSRA.

As a CP, our local AUSA Chapter (voice of the military) uses funds from the tournament to support: professional development, educational scholarships, awards for JROTC/ROTC students, service member recognition programs, Fort Gordon Christmas House and Fisher House, family programs, military traditions & customs, and much, much more. These projects would not be possible without your generous donation at this tournament.

Our 2021 tournament goal is to have all 18 holes sponsored and a full tournament of 165 players (at the last tournament we only had 80 players). There are many types of sponsorship opportunities ranging from Platinum ($2500), hole sponsor/foursome package ($600), hole sponsor only ($350), to gift bag/giveaways.

Hole sponsors may post signs, have an activity or refreshment station on their hole(s) to promote your business and/or hand out smiles/greetings to the players.

Sponsor recognition will be social media postings; corporate logo digitally displayed in player's golf carts; signs throughout the course on tournament day, logo displayed at the monthly Breakfast & Briefing's, and acknowledgement to senior military leaders on Post of partnering.
