Fairfax-Lee Chapter is once again proud to host its annual general membership meeting focused on Employer Support to the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).  ESGR is a Department of Defense program established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.  The Chapter event will recognize local businesses (Chapter Community Partners) who support employing members of the Guard and Reserves as they sign a ESGR Statement of Support.
