AUSA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support AUSA’s Vice President of Education, Guy C. Swan III, Lieutenant General, USA, Ret.  The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative support including preparing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, handling budgets and coding invoices, scheduling meetings and conference calls, assisting with the Annual Meeting, and assisting Executive Office staff as needed.

Qualified candidates must have at least five years of previous administrative experience supporting a senior official and excellent verbal and written communication skills (including a diplomatic and polished communication style).  Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
