The Association of the United States Army’s Institute of Land Warfare (AUSA ILW) presents its Army Networks Hot Topic Forum to be held July 20, 2017 at the AUSA Conference and Event Center in Arlington, VA.  This focused one-day event will include participation from the U.S. Army CIO/G-6; senior leaders from DoD, the Joint C4ISR community, Combatant Commands and Army Service Component Commands, Program Executive Offices, and Coalition partners.

The 2017 AUSA ILW Army Networks Hot Topics Forum will feature speakers and panel presentations that address issues to include: cybersecurity, mission command interoperability, and acquisition and sustainment. This event provides a forum for attendees to interact and participate in discussions with leaders from the Army, the Department of Defense, Industry, and Academia.

Scope & Objective

The Army, in collaboration with mission partners and many stakeholders, is building a robust, secure, integrated, standards-based, global network that enables commanders to successfully apply strategic land power in the complex environments of today and tomorrow.  A key objective of the symposium is to engage in an open discussion on the readiness of Army Network to support current and future requirements; to develop the resources and policy required to execute the network strategy, to enable mission command across the force, and to prepare for the Joint Information Environment of the future.
