Eligibility

The Association of the United States Army welcomes all members, employees or consultants of member companies, military, civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.

Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA or MasterCard. All attendees should register on-line, and there is no cost for military and government civilian (non-contractor) personnel.  Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 11 April 2022. No refunds for cancellations after that date. Registration will open on-site, 13 April 2022.

Health and Safety

As we welcome you back to in-person events, AUSA is committed to the health and safety of our attendees. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events.  In consultation with the Army, and given the recent trends in COVID-19 transmission levels in the National Capital Region, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated.  Masks are optional.

The Gordon R. Sullivan Conference and Events Center is located in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington, VA.  We are located approximately 2 blocks south of the Courthouse Metro Station (Orange/Silver lines).  Driving directions may be found here:  2425 Wilson Blvd, Google Maps

Complimentary parking will be provided for our event speakers only.  Attendees may use metered street parking or local parking garages.

Accommodations for this event are available at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

Rooms are subject to applicable tax. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one-night deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay prior to arrival.)
