AUSA partnered with the community to include ESGR (Employment Support for the Guard and Reserve). North Charleston Chamber Steering Committee, local government contracting agencies, JB Charleston, Young AFCEAs (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association), WID (Women in Defense) and the Advisory Council of JB Charleston.  From this collaborative effort of the community, we received well over $1,500 worth of donated “shelf stable” items that were donated to the Ralph Johnson VA Food Pantry.  These donations are used to sustain many veterans in our area that otherwise may not have the means or ability to get food.
