Mission Statement:
- Be the voice for the Army in Far West Texas
- Provide support for Soldiers and families through Chapter activities and programs that build the morale of our Soldiers and family members
- Develop within the El Paso community a greater awareness of the mission and role of the Army and Fort Bliss in the national security of our country
Vision Statement:
To build bridges of friendship and communication between the Fort Bliss and El Paso community that will assure that Soldiers and families are taken care of as they make our region their home.
