The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational and professional development organization serving our Service Members, civilians, and their families. AUSA acts as a liasion for the Army while supporting the Soldier, and honoring those who have served. We stand ready to provide support at a global capacity through open communication and strategic developments.
AUSA is open to everyone, whether you have a relationship with the U.S. Army, or would simply like to offer your support to our soldiers. All Army ranks and all components are represented in AUSA-- including Regular Army, National Guard, Army Reserve, Government Civilians, Retirees, Wounded Warriors, Veterans, and interested citizens and family members. Indeed, AUSA welcomes anyone who subscribes to our philosophy of a strong national defense with special interest for the Army. Community businesses and defense industry companies are also vital and contributing members of AUSA.
AUSA is your professional association. All members have a voice and we encourage you to allow yourself to be heard. As an AUSA member, it is important to be aware of issues that affect you both professionally and personally. AUSA offers you the opportunity to accomplish this through our numerous publications and events such as the Annual Meeting, ILW Breakfasts, Hot topics and the Global Force Symposium.
