AUSA is a nonprofit educational and professional development association created by the Army in 1950, serving America’s Total Army, our Soldiers, Army civilians, and their families; our industry partners, and supporters of a strong national defense. AUSA provides a voice for the Army, supports the Soldier, and honors those who have served in order to advance the security of the nation.
The mission of this chapter of AUSA is to contribute to the advancement and improvement of the quality of life on Fort Hood, TX; sustain the community's compassionate support of Fort Hood Soldiers and their Families; build on the strong relationship between the community, Fort Hood and the U. S. Army; promote the importance and sustainability of Fort Hood and support ROTC programs at high schools, community colleges and universities within the Chapter's assigned boundaries.
