Fill out the form below to request membership marketing assistance for your chapter. All requests must be made NLT 7 weeks before the date they are needed. One request is permitted per submission and is limited to 1 per chapter per fiscal year. Project costs must not exceed $2k. All requests must include a detailed justification on how this investment will support chapter membership efforts. Receipts and invoices must be included where applicable; requests are not guaranteed.
