AUSA Central Texas Honors Excellence with Vehicle Presentation to Fort Hood Soldiers of the Year

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, the Central Texas Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), in proud partnership with Killeen Auto Group, celebrated two of Fort Hood’s finest with a special gift - one year loaner vehicles of their choosing - as part of the chapter’s ongoing Soldier Support Program.

Held at Service Max in Killeen, Texas, this annual event honors the Fort Hood Non-Commissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year, recognizing the exceptional service and leadership of Soldiers who represent the highest standards of the Army.

The vehicles, selected by the Soldiers themselves, were made possible through the generous support of our Community Partner, Killeen Auto Group. Their continued commitment to our local military community exemplifies the spirit of partnership that defines AUSA's mission to bridge the gap between Fort Hood and the Central Texas region.

This meaningful tradition not only rewards excellence but also strengthens the bonds between military families and the communities they call home. With gratitude and admiration, we salute this year’s honorees and thank everyone who joined us in making this moment memorable.
