AUSA Systems Maintenance and Upgrade

AUSA Systems Maintenance and Upgrade

AUSA is transitioning our Association Management Software from Personify to Fonteva, a Salesforce based application.

Due to this upgrade, AUSA will be performing a series of tasks that will require us to have our membership system offline at various times.

Our systems are being upgraded to ensure that you get the best membership experience possible, in the future.

The upgrade will change the end user experience for Member Login, Join Pages, and Chapter Leadership Portal . Once our new system is live, you will see a new experience with these functions.

Summary

Basic member login capability is now functioning as expected.  Every AUSA member should now have the ability to login and see their own membership profile.  If you are unable to login, please contact our membersupport@ausa.org to have your user account activated and to be prompted to reset your password.  Old passwords were not retained.  Once you’ve set your password, you should be able to login and access your member profile.

To access CLP, you will use the same login, so if you haven’t completed these steps already please do so before trying to access CLP.  There are now two portions of CLP.

  • The Drupal portion of CLP, which allows any chapter leader to manage their chapter webpage, and review/submit Chapter Activity Reports is live and functioning.   Once you login to the AUSA website, you should see a link to ‘My Chapter’ underneath the ‘Chapters’ main menu item.  Scroll down and you should see the CLP section.  If you are a chapter leader, have logged in, and have not been able to see this section, please contact techs@ausa.org for assistance.
  • The Fonteva portion of CLP, which allows designated chapter leaders to review chapter rosters, reports, and manage chapter officers has not yet been fully activated.  We will provide access to the Fonteva side of CLP for the selected chapter users, as identified by chapter presidents or by past usage. You will be notified by email, when this has been activated.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will my login credentials change?

Yes, to ensure the security of your account, we have not transferred passwords from our old system to our new system.

  • How do I login to the upgraded system for the first time?

AUSA will send users an email to confirm registration with the new system.  Once you've confirmed, you will need to use the ‘forgot password’ function which is accessible on the login page.  Your ‘username’ is the email address that you have on file with AUSA.  You should get an email with a link to reset your password.

  • What do I do if I never received the activation email?

You can contact membersupport@ausa.org and ask them to activate your community login.

  • What is the login with Google option?

You can now use your existing Google login to link to your AUSA membership account.  If you previously had a gmail account on file, the link should occur when you login.  If you had a different email address on file, we will have to merge the records for you. Login with Google and then contact 'techs@ausa.org' to request merging of your user accounts.
