Tickets are now on sale for Association of the U.S. Army events during the 2016 Annual Meeting and Exposition, Oct. 3 to 5, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

The meeting, expected to draw more than 26,000 attendees, is North America’s largest exhibition of land power, and features professional development forums, workshops and panel discussions.

There are eight ticketed events, all with lower prices for AUSA members than for nonmembers.

For members, prices range from $25 for an Oct. 4 breakfast for senior warrant officers to $115 for the Oct. 5 Marshall Memorial Reception and Dinner.

For nonmembers, prices range from $40 for the senior warrant officer breakfast to $130 for the Marshall Dinner.

Other ticketed events include the Oct. 3 President’s Reception; the Oct. 4 Eisenhower Luncheon, when the Army chief of staff traditionally speaks; and an Oct. 5 lunch for Army civilian employees.

Online ticket sales end Sept. 16.

AUSA Pavilion

The Association of the U.S. Army Pavilion at this year’s Annual Meeting and Exposition, Oct. 3 to 5, will be located in Booth 407, Exhibit Hall A, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

According to Association officials, this location is in “the ideal central meeting and networking location at the Annual Meeting.”

The Pavilion will offer its visitors comfortable seating, coffee and free Wi-Fi.

While there, guests can connect with AUSA affinity partners and learn how take advantage of exclusive AUSA member discount programs.

They can also see and read the Institute of Land Warfare publications, pick up a copy of the ARMY Green Book, talk with one of the invited authors from the AUSA Book Program or visit the AUSA store where Association insignia items and other products may be purchased.
