The Association of the United States Army’s Council of Trustees elected two new members and re-elected three members to serve on the Association’s council – AUSA’s governing body.The council met April 29 at the Association’s national headquarters in Arlington, Va.Tom Arseneault, executive vice president, product sectors and chief technology officer, BAE Systems, Inc., was elected to fill the completed council term that opened when Larry Prior, formerly of BAE, resigned; and Command Sgt. Maj. Steven R. England, USA, Ret., was elected to serve his first council term.Elected to serve as trustees for additional three-year terms were Rudy deLeon, John D. Harris II and David K. Heebner.Sgt. Maj. of the Army Jack L. Tilley, USA, Ret., vice chairman for noncommissioned officer and soldier programs; Lt. Gen. David H. Ohle, USA, Ret., vice chairman for retiree and veteran affairs; Lt. Gen. Roger C. Schultz, USA, Ret., vice chairman for National Guard and reserve affairs; and George T. Singley III, vice chairman for civilian affairs, were re-elected to serve additional two-year terms as vice chairmen.Nicholas D. Chabraja was re-elected to serve as chairman for another year.The council appointed 15 new members and re-appointed 11 current members to serve three-year terms beginning July 1 on the Association’s Advisory Board of Directors.The newly appointed members were: Kevin P. Stonewall Jackson Chapter; Col. Dorene Hurt, USA, Ret., George Washington Chapter; William R. Ketron, Virginia Colonial Chapter; Sgt. Maj. Mary A. Miller, Captain Meriwether Lewis Chapter; Lt. Col. Linda Moore, Suncoast Chapter; and Command Sgt. Maj. Rick Morris, USA, Ret., Fort Leonard Wood – Mid Missouri Chapter.Also appointed were; CW5 Gary Nisker, Fairfax – Lee Chapter; Sgt. Kevin Ressler, Capital District of New York Chapter; Command Sgt. Maj. Jimmie W. Spencer, USA, Ret., Fairfax – Lee Chapter; Col, Richard Phil Stage, USA, Ret., Maj. Gen. William F. Dean Chapter; Keif Tackaberry, George Washington Chapter; Lucie Titus, Maj. Gen. William F. Dean Chapter; and Command Sgt. Maj. W. Gentemann, USA, Ret., Captain Meriwether Lewis Chapter; Col. Edward S. Graham, USA, Ret., Massachusetts Bay Chapter; Barbara J. Heffernan, George Washington Chapter; Command Sgt. Maj. Andrew McFowler, USA, Ret., Braxton Bragg Chapter; William F. Moore, Robert E. Lee Chapter; Philip E.
