UNIQUE: DSEi is the world largest and fastest growing international land, maritime and aerospace
defense exhibition in the world and is the only exhibition organized in association with
the UK Ministry of Defense. DSEi grew by more than 30% in net space and in exhibitor numbers in 2005. It provides a
platform for the whole of the defense and military community from contractors demonstrating their total corporate
capabilities, sub-prime and 2nd tier suppliers down the supply chain to smaller contractors and subcontractors.
DISPLAYS: The ExCel Convention Center is located on the Thames River and provides an ideal site for the
display of warships berthed alongside of the convention center. Last year’s DSEi featured an
impressive display of destroyers, minesweepers, frigates and other warships. VIP suites are also available for entertaining
guests with balcony seating overlooking the Thames River and the displays of warships. Exhibitors displayed 38 trucks and
armored vehicles inside the exhibition center. Several UAVs and Combat Unmanned Aerial Vehicles were also featured.
ORGANIZERS: AUSA has been appointed by the organizers as the official U.S. agent for the USA Pavilion which is
supported by the U.S. Government, officially certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce and
endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense and the American Embassy. The USA Pavilion value
added package of services include VIP receptions, match making support between exhibitors and
end users, networking opportunities, business lounge services, escorted VIP military delegations, meeting rooms and much
more.
