Registration for the 24th Annual Army Ten-Miler reached a new record when the race sold out on Monday. Capacity was reached in 21 days, which was 20 days sooner than the previous record set for last year's race.
The race will be held Sunday Oct. 5 with the start and finish at the Pentagon.
The Army Ten-Miler -- America's largest ten-mile race -- is produced by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington and lead sponsors are the Association of the United States Army and KBR, an AUSA sustaining member company.
