Gitmo Camps Change as Needs Change
Fourteen men, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed believed to be “the driving force behind the attacks on 11 Sept. 2001,” have been transferred to Defense Department custody at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to stand trial by military commissions.
