Description
The Stonewall Jackson Chapter will mark the 238th birthday of the United States Army and celebrate Flag Day with a special ceremony at the Vinton War Memorial and conclude with a birthday cake.  The Roanoke Valley Community Band and Country Western Artist, Rockie Lynne, will provide music.  The Adjutant General of Virginia is guest speaker.
