Points discussed: Confirmation of DJ to play music. Presentations, recognition of special guest, AUSA remarks, award of plaques to Corporate Sponsors.
AUSA members walk thru scheduled Thursday, 18 November @ 1000 hours @ Cop Thorne Hotel & Resort.
OTHER ITEMS: Pickup of AUSA banner. Lifeguard's for pool. Ballroom will be used as backup in case of rain. Space will be provided for medical personnel; ambulance will be onsite. Photo journalist (military) will be on site.
Still need to get table numbers for "table tops";(deadline 21 Nov 2010). Confirm access roster with/passport # or civil ID #, sponsor roster, special guest (deadline 20 Nov 2010), Chaplain, plaques, number of tables needed for sponsor give a ways and T-shirts.

Invited guests include 200 active duty US service members and coalition representatives from Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
