Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP)
FVAP provides U.S. citizens worldwide a broad range of nonpartisan information and assistance to ease their participation in the democratic process. Topics include absentee voting and voting how-tos.

The Military Coalition
The Military Coalition consists of 35 organizations representing more then 5.5 million members of the uniformed services. The Military Coalition works with the House and Senate to see that uniformed services members and their families are represented through legislation.

Overseas Voter Services
The OVF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan public charity providing voter services for US Citizens Overseas and Uniformed Services Members living outside the US. The organization also has information for youth voters.

THOMAS (Library of Congress)
THOMAS allows the public to track federal legislation through Congress and provides full text of pending bills.

Federal Voting Assistance Program

The Defense Department (DoD) internet-based program to help Servicemembers and other Americans living overseas register to vote with an absentee ballot .
