The Military Coalition works with the House and Senate to see that uniformed services members and their families are represented through legislation. Overseas Voter Services The OVF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan public charity providing voter services for US Citizens Overseas and Uniformed Services Members living outside the US.
