A SWOP acceptable to-size digital hard copy color proof (such as Kodak Approval) made from the final file must be provided with the supplied files. Without a hard copy proof provided with printing material, ARMY Magazine can not guarantee color reproduction or content of ad.

All digital ads must use Postscript Type 1 fonts, and these must be included in the file — no TrueType, Multiple Master or Menu Style fonts. It's best to convert all fonts to outlines.

We will charge for production services for files that do not meet our specifications.
